We promise to always disclose the issues and or possible issues that we observe when we completed the inspection! We understand that you will be making a huge decision based off of our inspection findings and we wont take that lightly! We will strive to make sure you have an understanding of the obvious or maybe not so obvious defects (requires special tools/knowledge/etc.), lack of maintenance issues that will become later defects- if not addressed, & the importance of maintaining your home & or business for years to come.
We promise to always be honest & transparent with our clients about our inspection findings! We promise to treat all parties involved in any inspection service with respect & in a professional manner! All inspections & reports will be completed professionally & with our client's individual "purpose" in mind! We will always do our best to help clients understand the difference between a possible upgrade and an actual repair that is needed. We will treat every home/property with respect regardless of the condition. We will always do our best to leave areas of the inspection how we found them.
