  • Single System Inspections: Thorough inspection of a specific system.

  • Walk Thru Inspections: Inspection of the structure, roof, HVAC, electric, & plumbing: no written report or photos provided. 

  • Progress Inspections: Inspection at a specific point in time to assess the quality and advancement of work completed. 

  • Draw Inspections:  Inspection of the progress of a construction project against a contractor's request for payment, ensuring the work completed matches the amount of funds being disbursed by the lender/payee.

  • Condominium/Single Unit Inspections: Inspection of the systems & components that are the responsibility of the individual owner/tenant. 

  • Multi-Family Inspections: Up to 4 Units (4+ units See Commercial).

  • Mold Inspections: Full inspection for water/moisture concerns (with specialty tools) &  lab analysis of air samples.  Surface samples can be collected of apparent mold that is observed. Contact to discuss needs. 

  • Sewer Scope: Video inspection of the sewer lateral from the buildings foundation to the connection of the city main. 

  • Water Samples: Collection and lab processing of water samples.

  • Well Flow: 1 or 2 hour water flow test to calculate the gallons per minute the well & equipment can produce.

  • Pest/Dry Rot Inspections: Thorough examination of a property to identify the presence, possible damage or conditions conducive for wood-eating insects like termites, carpenter ants, and wood-boring beetles, as well as wood decay fungi (dry rot).

  • Additional/Detached Buildings: Inspection of structures, roof, electrical, HVAC, & plumbing as desired by client.
